About Recovery Club

Recovery Club is an independent media about how people feel day to day. It helps lower anxiety and add context to numbers and sensations.

Many people see unusual metrics and do not know what they mean. Others have no tracker at all, but still feel that the background has shifted.

We explain what is often normal, what is just a temporary background, and how trackers sometimes reflect that background. We do not diagnose, and we do not give instructions.

The goal is simple: help you understand whether what you feel is usually normal, or whether it is just worth watching a little longer.
